How does the delivery date work?
You will be able to choose the date you want to receive your order at checkout. We deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays before 1:30 p.m.
How much is shipping?
Currently, we have a flat rate of €6.90 to any postal code within the peninsula, and free shipping on orders of €40 or more.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes 💛 You can add ribbon and a card to your box and include the recipient's details in the shipping address. You must ensure that the recipient is available at that address in the morning.
How does the order arrive?
We ship with SEUR FRÍO by refrigerated transport within 24 hours to ensure that your box travels only with other food products. You will receive instructions on how to warm up the cookies and brownies to enjoy them as if they were freshly baked.
If they're sent from Madrid, will my cookies arrive hard?
Yes, since it's a refrigerated shipment, your cookies and brownies will arrive a bit firm. However, along with your order, you'll receive instructions on how to warm them up in the microwave so they regain their characteristic softness.
Your cookies will arrive tasting great because:
- We use butter (not margarine) and other high-quality ingredients
- We bake your cookies the same day they leave the kitchen, and they will arrive at your home the next day
- We pack them very well so they don't get damaged during transit
All of this helps us ensure you have the best Dulxiosa experience, even if you're outside of Madrid.
What if I'm not home?
We recommend providing an address where someone will be available in the morning, as we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. If they are unable to locate you, the package will be returned to SEUR's facilities and they will attempt a new delivery on the next business day.
