Which days can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (including holidays)
The website calendar will always show you the available dates to pick up your order just before making the payment
Can I place a same-day order?
In this section of our website, you will only be able to view products that are available from the next day.
If you need something urgently, we recommend coming directly to the store or checking our express orders section for availability.
How many servings do the pies have?
Varies depending on the size of the cake:
- Mini cake: 2–3 servings
- Medium: 5–6 servings
- Large: 8–10 servings
For each product, you will find the exact details, and remember that these serving sizes are illustrative because it all depends on who cuts it.
How should I store desserts?
The ideal way to store them depends on the type of dessert:
Cakes: are best kept in the refrigerator. We recommend:
- Keeping them refrigerated
- Taking them out 10–15 minutes before serving
This way, you'll better enjoy their texture and flavor.
Cookies and brownies: it's best to keep them at room temperature. We recommend:
- Leaving them out of the fridge
- Optional: giving them a 10-second blast in the microwave just before serving
Can I add candles or a dedication?
For some products, you can add candles or personalize your order.
If the product allows it, you will see this option directly on the product page.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Can I send someone to pick up my order?
Sure, no problem.
Just make sure the person picking it up provides the name of the person who placed the order.
