Product questions

Can I customize the flavors?

It depends on the product.

Most boxes can be customized with the cookie and brownie flavors you like, and you can even add ribbon and a card.

If it can be customized, you will see a flavor selector before adding to cart and it will be reflected in your order.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. We have cookies made with "plant-based" ingredients that are suitable for vegans or people who cannot consume milk or eggs. You can find them daily in-store and online.

We can also bake vegan cakes to order. Send us a WhatsApp or call us at +34641834001 to order your vegan cake.

Do you have gluten-free options?

At the moment, all creations made in our workshop contain wheat flour. And since it is a small kitchen, even if we used gluten-free flours in some presentations, we would not be able to avoid the presence of traces.

Is cheesecake safe for pregnant women?

Yes, because the cheese, cream, and eggs we use as ingredients in these tarts are pasteurized

Do brownies have nuts?

No. None of our brownies contain nuts because many people have told us they can't eat them (and no one has told us they miss them)

How should I store desserts?

The ideal way to store them depends on the type of dessert:

Cakes: are best kept in the refrigerator. We recommend:

  • Keeping them refrigerated
  • Taking them out 10–15 minutes before serving

This way you will better enjoy their texture and flavor.

Cookies and brownies: it is best to keep them at room temperature. We recommend:

  • Leaving them out of the refrigerator
  • Optional: giving them a 10-second touch of heat in the microwave just before serving

Shipping Questions

Which parts of Spain do you ship to?

We ship boxes of cookies, brownies, and cakes throughout the Iberian Peninsula. For now, we do not deliver to the Balearic and Canary Islands. We hope to be able to reach there soon!

When will my order arrive?

Orders with express delivery within Madrid-Centro will be delivered to your home during your chosen time slot, while orders shipped to the peninsula will be delivered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays before 1:30 PM.

In all cases, you can choose the available date that best suits you. If you don't see a date, it means it's already full or doesn't meet the minimum preparation time.

How's it getting there? Will it survive the journey?

Yes 💛 We ship with SEUR FRÍO because this way we guarantee that everything we send travels in trucks specialized in transporting food products.

Your order travels protected and refrigerated to arrive in perfect condition.

Why do you ask for 2 days notice for national shipments?

Because we make it by hand, order by order, and we want it to arrive perfectly.

We take one day to customize each box with the flavors you've chosen, and another day for shipping within the peninsula.

What if I'm not home?

SEUR will attempt delivery to the specified address the first time, and if you are not found, they will try again the next day.

We recommend using an address where someone is available in the morning.

And if the shipment is a gift, make sure they know they will receive a package from you, because more than once the recipient has returned packages to us because they weren't expecting anything in their name, and that's when things get complicated.
